About Triway

We help SMEs and large companies run smarter with ERP & CRM implementations, data-virtualisation & real-time dashboards, e-invoicing, and custom web/mobile apps. We also integrate systems (customer portals, payments, logistics) and offer consulting to make tech deliver business results.

We’re looking for a motivated SDE to be the first friendly voice our prospects meet and to help grow a strong sales pipeline. SDE will be the tomorrows budding entrepreneurs within.

Your objectives

· Find and qualify leads via calls, LinkedIn, and email, followed by in-person meets

· Build trust with SME owners and functional heads (Ops, Finance, IT).

· Explain Triway’s value in simple terms: connect systems, get live insights, work faster, stay secure.

· Turn inbound interest into qualified meetings.

· Support the company’s growth to hit pipeline and revenue targets.

What you’ll do

· Run daily outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn; book qualified meetings each week.

· Respond fast to inbound queries; qualify using mails/ whatsapp and other mediums and move to demo.

· Schedule product/solution demos for Business Heads/C level Executives.

· Keep every lead tidy in our CRM; update notes, next steps, and probabilities.

· Research target accounts, map decision makers, and tailor messages by industry (trading & distribution, manufacturing, services, contracting, healthcare, etc.).

· Share feedback with management to improve campaigns and lead quality.

· Track and report on KPIs: meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline value, response rates.

Must-have skills

· Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/tech (or similar).

· 2–3 years as an SDE/ (inside sales) in IT/SaaS or services.

· Confident with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and discovery.

· Clear communicator; builds relationships quickly with SMEs and enterprise teams.

· Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools.

· Organised, self-driven, and happy in a fast-moving team.

Nice to have

· Experience selling ERP/CRM, BI/data tools, integrations, or e-invoicing.

· Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics/Zoho/SAP, REST APIs/integrations (basic level).

· Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Excel, Canva, ChatGPT.

· Exposure to GCC markets and willingness to align to client time windows when needed.

· Coachable, with ambition to grow into Business Development Managers /Account Directors.
