Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for our recruitment and training services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and corporate training services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, corporate clients, and decision-makers
  • Present company services, proposals, and pricing to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with recruitment and training teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Must have a valid GCC Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
