Sales Development Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research prospects to personalize outreach and understand their needs.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Keep CRM records updated and manage follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Good at building rapport and handling conversations professionally.
  • Comfortable doing research to make outreach relevant.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in IT sales or lead generation is helpful but not required.
  • A self-starter who is proactive and comfortable working toward targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
