Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking).
  • Qualify leads and understand customer needs to align with company solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • SHOULD HAVE YOUR OWN LAPTOP OR PC WITH INTERNET

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
