Key Responsibilities
- Must have experience in eBook Sales and Software Sales.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and propose relevant software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a seamless handover to the project management team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- O/A Levels or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates working in BPO or Software Houses will be preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, custom software, or mobile app solutions& eBook Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
- Experience selling in international markets (US, UK, or UAE) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
- Understanding of technical concepts related to software development is a plus.
