Sales Development Representative

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to create a healthy pipeline of opportunities for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ business needs and challenges.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of leads, contacts, and activity.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs such as meetings booked, qualified leads generated, and pipeline contribution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
