We re searching for commercially curious, highly analytical, and strategic-minded individuals ready to take ownership of our outbound pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging C-level executives, Founders and business stakeholders across our target markets. This isn t your typical SDR role it blends commercial curiosity with data-driven prospecting and strategic outreach. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and initiating high-value relationships with key strategic clients across the dynamic F&B and Hospitality sector by using structured research, creative outreach tactics, and a deep understanding of Qlub s value proposition. What You ll Do

  • Identify and map key decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CFOs, COOs) across the F&B, retail, and payments ecosystem.
  • Design personalized, insight-driven outreach campaigns that demonstrate value and relevance to senior leaders.
  • Assess fit and intent through data and discovery conversations, ensuring leads meet strategic criteria.
  • Maintain clean, organized CRM data to track engagement metrics, response rates, and conversion performance.
  • Partner closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting strategies.
  • Continuously analyze industry trends, competitive movements, and company news to uncover new opportunities.

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting data, running lead enrichment tools, and deriving insights from sales performance metrics.

Experience in sales development, market research, or business intelligence preferred (internships count).

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building structure from scratch.

Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

Interest or experience in payments, fintech, or hospitality tech is advantageous.
