Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Development Representative to join our business development team. You will be responsible for reaching out to international inbound and outbound leads, introducing our tech solutions, and scheduling meetings for our senior sales executives. Your primary focus will be identifying qualified opportunities and helping expand our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from international prospects.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and interest in our services.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our tech products/services.
• Schedule discovery calls or demos with senior business development or sales team members.
• Maintain and update the CRM with lead interactions and progress status.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
• Provide regular reporting on lead conversion metrics and outreach performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, calling, or lead generation (preferably international).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand tech products/services and explain them clearly.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Time zone flexibility to call clients in North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
