The Role

At Love That Design, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our onsite team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will research, identify, contact, and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. You’ll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by developing relationships with prospects and building a strong pipeline for our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Outreach

  • Represent the company’s products and services with a strong understanding of how they meet client needs.
  • Research and identify potential customers using online tools, databases, and professional networks.
  • Reach out to potential leads or follow up on inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify target industries and relevant stakeholders.

Pipeline Development

  • Generate leads and nurture relationships with warm prospects to build a consistent pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings or demos for the Sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve daily and monthly activity goals (including call and meeting targets).
  • Track and report outreach performance, conversions, and meeting confirmations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Pre-Sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and lead targets.
  • Experience in digital sales, SaaS, or listing-based platforms is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and social media.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Passion for design, architecture, or interior industry is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum of 60–80 calls per day.
  • Weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings scheduled for the Sales team.
