Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach for our IT services. This role focuses on cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for the sales/closing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US, UK, and European markets
  • Pitch IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software, SEO, Digital Marketing)
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads
  • Schedule qualified meetings/demos for closers
  • Follow up via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Update CRM (Zoho / HubSpot) with accurate notes and follow-ups
  • Meet daily call targets and weekly meeting KPIs

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B cold-calling or SDR experience (IT services)
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working US night shift
  • Experience with VOIP dialers and CRM tools
  • Target-driven, resilient, and confident on calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
