Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic call center team and help drive business growth by generating qualified leads and nurturing client relationships in US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads to identify sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Effectively communicate the company’s products/services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through CRM tools.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into leads.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead conversion.
• Provide accurate feedback from customer interactions to improve product or service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales (call center experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain self-motivated.
• Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and productivity tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
