Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the SaaS industry to support our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating outbound outreach, and booking meetings for the sales team to drive consistent pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential SaaS clients through outbound prospecting
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads based on SaaS sales criteria (need, budget, decision-maker, timeline)
  • Schedule demos and meetings for Sales Closers / Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role in the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and subscription-based models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong spoken and written English
