Sales Development Representative

Location: Karachi, Pakistan – In-house (Tariq Road)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT (US business hours overlap)
Pay Scale: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 base + commission + performance bonus
Top performers can earn PKR 200,000+ per month

We’re looking for high-performing, US-market experienced SDRs to join our team onsite in Karachi and work US business hours.

Role Overview

As a Senior SDR, you will:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram DM, and light warm calls
  • Qualify leads: US Marketing/IT companies, founders or decision-makers, correct revenue range
  • Book qualified meetings for closer
  • Track all activity in CRM
  • Collaborate with lead researcher to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B outbound sales / appointment setting targeting US clients (Marketing/IT preferred)
  • Proven track record booking meetings that convert
  • Excellent English, preferably American accent
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized
  • Able to work onsite, US hours shift
