Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads in targeted international markets.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and build relationships.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- 6 months to 1 year in outbound sales, telecalling, or cold calling, preferably with experience handling international clients.
- Comfortable managing clients across multiple international time zones.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow-up strategies is a plus.
- Previous experience in SaaS, B2B, or IT sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
