Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads in targeted international markets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and build relationships.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • 6 months to 1 year in outbound sales, telecalling, or cold calling, preferably with experience handling international clients.
  • Comfortable managing clients across multiple international time zones.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow-up strategies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, B2B, or IT sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Location: Karachi - Onsite

Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM
