Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to assist in sales activities for upcoming property development projects in Karachi. The role focuses on managing client inquiries, handling leads, arranging site visits, and closing sales in coordination with the Sales Manager and marketing team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have prior exposure to real estate sales and client interaction and are eager to grow within the property sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

  • Generate, track, and convert property sales leads.
  • Present project features, pricing structures, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records within the CRM system.

Client Handling & Coordination

  • Support clients throughout the sales cycle — from initial inquiry to booking confirmation.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and concerns.

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Assist in marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, campaigns, and open house events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to manage inbound leads effectively.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights with management for strategy improvement.

Targets & Reporting

  • Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare basic reports on sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

Candidate ProfileQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of the Karachi real estate market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Target-driven, well-organized, and professional in client dealings.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
