Sales Development Representative

Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and account research. The role requires close collaboration with Account Executives to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.


Scope of Work:


1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

● Identify and create qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

● Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.

● Generate interest and educate prospects on company solutions and value propositions.

● Meet and exceed daily outbound activity and outreach targets.


2. Opportunity Qualification & Account Development

● Prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts into sales-ready leads.

● Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.

● Effectively handle objections and maintain control of sales conversations.

● Nurture prospects consistently to progress them toward qualified meetings.


3. Collaboration with Sales Team

● Work closely with Account Executives to align prospecting efforts and account strategies.

● Ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities to support overall sales objectives.

● Coordinate internally to move opportunities smoothly from discovery to meeting stage.


4. CRM Management & Reporting

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM).

● Track outreach activities, lead status, and opportunity progress for reporting.

● Ensure data accuracy to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.


5. Performance & Target Achievement

● Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and pipeline generation targets.

● Operate effectively in a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment.

● Demonstrate persistence, discipline, and accountability in daily sales activities.


Prerequisites

● Self-starter with demonstrated persistence in lead generation and follow-up (academic, internship, or professional experience).

● Basic understanding of opportunity qualification and objection handling.

● Ability to follow a structured calling approach and manage sales conversations confidently.

● Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence and clear written communication.

● Comfortable working with productivity tools such as email and MS Office.

● Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms (preferred; HubSpot is a strong advantage).


Desired Skills & Experience

● 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or SDR roles.

● Must be based in Riyadh.

● Saudi citizen only (no expats).

● Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

● Exposure to SaaS sales is a plus.

● Knowledge of loyalty programs, rewards, incentives, or gift card industry is an advantage (training provided if new).


Education

● College degree in a relevant field is preferred.
