Sales Development Representative

Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Timing: Flexible shift starting from 8:00 PM PKT

ABOUT US:

Swishtag is focused on modernizing the promotional products industry through SaaS Products, and AI driven solutions. We build SaaS platforms designed specifically for promotional product distributors and suppliers to simplify their operations and scale their businesses.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who will focus on outbound cold calling and appointment setting. Your main responsibility will be to reach promotional product distributors in the United States, introduce our solutions, identify potential interest, and schedule meetings for our senior sales team.

This role is focused on opening conversations and setting qualified meetings rather than closing deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Make outbound cold calls to promotional product distributors in the United States
• Introduce Swishtag and Setup Meeting
• Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect’s current system and challenges
• Identify potential interest and qualify prospects
• Schedule meetings and strategy calls for the closing team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations in the CRM
• Follow calling scripts and outreach processes while maintaining natural conversation

REQUIRMENTS:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach is preferred
• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations professional
• Self motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment
• We are Hiring urgently. Candidate with min 1 week Notice period.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
