by running high-volume, AI-supported outbound, acting quickly on intent signals, and qualifying prospects using MEDDPICC before handing them to Account Executives.
Operate and continuously improve the outbound tech stack
(e.g., Clay, UserGems, partner agencies) by owning day-to-day tool strategy, refining prompts and outreach logic, and experimenting with workflows to increase engagement.
Serve as a core member of the Demand Squad
, aligning daily on account prioritization, deciding engagement strategies, collaborating live with AEs on hot accounts, and sharing insights on messaging and persona performance.
Develop deep regional market expertise
by tracking themes, buyer behaviors, new buying centers, and shifts in the market—and translating these insights into recommendations for outreach strategy, ICP/tiering, and buying group targeting.
Report on performance
by owning TAL engagement and qualified opportunity reporting, highlighting patterns, blockers, and wins in standups, and keeping the squad aligned on account movements and intent surges.
Act as an orchestrator of outbound strategy
, leveraging tools, data, prompts, and experimentation to surface demand and accelerate pipeline generation in your assigned region.
What you'll bring:
Language: Native or fluent English.
Around 2+ years in outbound sales or a similar prospecting role
Comfortable using AI tools for workflows, outreach and pattern recognition
Able to build Clay workflows, update prompts and troubleshoot simple issues
Able to work hybrid in our Alexandria office (3 days in office)
Strong written communication
