Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Convert prospects into customers and effectively close sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.

Issue Resolution & Coordination

  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred).
  • Prior call center experience will be an added advantage.
