CloudVerse Labs is a software development company headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan. We build modern web and mobile products for clients across the US, UK, Europe, and the GCC — covering custom web platforms, mobile apps, AI integrations, and workflow automation. Our delivery stack includes Next.js, NestJS, React Native, Flutter, and n8n, and we work with founders, agencies, and enterprise teams to turn product ideas into shipped software.

We're growing our outbound function and looking for an SDR who can own the top of the funnel end-to-end — research, prospect, sequence, qualify, and book discovery calls for our leadership team.

The Role

As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the first human touchpoint between CloudVerse Labs and our future clients. You'll build targeted lists of decision-makers (CTOs, founders, product leads, heads of engineering), run multi-channel outbound campaigns, and book qualified discovery calls onto our calendar. This is a high-ownership role with a clear path to Account Executive for a strong performer.

You will not be cold-calling random lists. You'll be running a modern, research-driven outbound motion using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and AI-assisted tooling — with full support to test, iterate, and scale what works.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain ICP-aligned prospect lists (US, UK, EU, GCC) using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other data sources.
  • Run multi-channel outbound sequences: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls where appropriate.
  • Personalize outreach at scale using research, intent signals, and AI tooling — no generic spray-and-pray.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP and BANT/MEDDIC-style criteria.
  • Book discovery calls for the founder / senior team and ensure smooth handoffs with full context.
  • Own CRM hygiene: log activity, update statuses, keep pipeline data clean and reportable.
  • A/B test subject lines, copy, sequences, and channels; report on what's working weekly.
  • Stay current on our service offerings (web, mobile, AI, automation) so you can speak credibly to technical buyers.
  • Collaborate with leadership on positioning, case studies, and outbound experiments.

What We're Looking ForRequired

  • 1–3+ years of B2B outbound SDR / BDR experience, ideally selling software services, SaaS, or agency offerings to international markets (US/UK/EU/GCC).
  • Hands-on expertise with Apollo.io — building filtered lists, running sequences, managing deliverability, using the dialer, and reporting on sequence performance.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator — advanced search, lead lists, InMail, and saved searches.
  • Cold email tooling experience with platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Reply.io — including inbox warm-up, domain setup awareness (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and managing reply rates.
  • CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — your emails and LinkedIn messages should read as if written by a native US/UK professional.
  • A track record of hitting meeting/SQL targets, with numbers you can speak to.
  • Comfortable being measured on activity and outcomes (meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline generated).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling custom software development, dev agency services, or technical SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Clay for data enrichment and waterfall research.
  • Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, or Make for automating prospecting workflows.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted prospecting (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) for research and personalization.
  • Experience with intent data tools (Apollo signals, Common Room, Warmly, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of modern web/mobile development so you can hold a conversation with technical buyers.
  • Exposure to "Vibe Prospecting" or signal-based outbound methodologies.
