About the Role

Lumensoft Networks is on a mission to bridge the gap between top-tier global technical talent and high-growth US enterprises. We are looking for a relentless Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in the offshore staffing industry to help us deploy premium network engineers into US companies. This isn't a role for "order takers"—we need a hunter who thrives on the phones, masters the art of the cold email, and knows how to break through to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and IT Directors in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Cold Call Grind: Perform high-volume cold calling (80-100+ dials per day) to US-based tech leaders and decision-makers. You must be able to handle rejection, navigate gatekeepers, and stay focused under pressure.
  • Omni-Channel Prospecting: Beyond the phone, you will own your pipeline. This includes crafting personalized cold email sequences and conducting LinkedIn Social Selling to build relationships with technical hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and qualify high-value prospects using tools like Dakia CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo. You won't just follow lists; you’ll help build highly targeted accounts looking for network infrastructure talent.
  • Appointment Setting: Your primary KPI is booking qualified discovery calls and demos for the founding team. You are the bridge between a "cold lead" and a "placed engineer."
  • Reporting & Strategy: Participate in reporting sessions at our NIC Islamabad office to review pipeline health, refine scripts, and align on weekly targets.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Offshore Staffing Experience: Essential experience working within an offshore recruitment or staffing agency context, ideally selling technical talent or staff augmentation services.
  • Fearless Communication: You have a neutral or American accent and the ability to hold a high-level business conversation with US-based tech executives and IT leaders.
  • Thick Skin: You understand that "No" is just a step toward "Yes." You are motivated by targets and stay high-energy throughout your shift.
  • Technical Savvy: Quick understanding of network engineering concepts (routing, switching, cloud infrastructure) to speak confidently to prospects. Experience with Dakia CRM (or similar CRMs), email automation tools, and LinkedIn prospecting is a massive plus.
  • Discipline: Working the 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT shift to target the US market requires a high level of strategic timing, self-management, and persistence.
  • Location: You must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to facilitate regular in-person reporting at the NIC H-9 office.
