Sales Development Representative

Hiring: SDR Lead Generation

Shift: US Time Zone

Experience: 6 months –1 year

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects

* Generate qualified meetings and call transfers using provided lead data

* Qualify leads before passing them to the Sales/BD team

* Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates

* Collaborate closely with BDMs and Sales teams on target accounts and messaging

* Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions

Requirements:

* Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound SDR roles

* Strong communication and persuasion skills with verbal English proficiency

* Familiarity with CRM and communication tools

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
