About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us accelerate growth across the Middle East and Europe. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating pipeline through smart outbound outreach and handing qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.

What You’ll Own

Identify, target, and engage ideal customer profiles across Egypt, KSA, and EMEA

Execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp, and more

Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT and MEDDICC-lite
-
Book high-quality meetings with decision-makers in customer care, CX, digital, and operations

Craft messaging and sequences tailored to industries like retail, ecommerce, and hospitality

Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date

Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine strategy and feedback loops
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS or a related outbound sales role (required)

Confident in cold outreach and objection handling
-
Fluent in Arabic and English
-
Ability to learn and explain technical products (APIs, automation, integrations)

Strong communicator, organized, and target-driven
Nice to Have
-
Experience selling or prospecting into CX, CRM, contact centers, or AI solutions

Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, ContactOut, etc.

Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise buyers in GCC/EMEA
