Position: Sales Development Representative

Department: Acquisition

Reports To: Team Lead / Acquisition Manager

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with the property agents in the USA, engaging with potential customers, and successfully closing property deals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong command of the English language to ensure effective customer interactions and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, building rapport and establishing trust.
  • Demonstrate excellent fluency in English to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely using proper grammar and pronunciation.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
