Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Identify ideal customer profiles, research leads, and initiate first contact.
  • Execute outreach sequences using CRM and sales engagement tools.
Qualification & Discovery:
  • Conduct basic discovery calls to understand prospect needs and product fit.
  • Score and qualify leads before handing them over to Account Executives.
  • Maintain high conversion rates from MQL → SQL.
Sales Operations:
  • Manage all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate data entry.
  • Track outreach analytics and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for nurturing campaigns and inbound lead follow-up.
Collaboration:
  • Work with Account Executives to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Share insights on customer pain points and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams for prospect feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales (SaaS/Fintech is a plus).
  • Excellent communication—clear spoken English and business writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and outbound strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently during Night Shift and meet weekly KPIs.
  • A highly coachable, energetic, and persistent personality.
