Sales Development Representative – Outbound | Corporates Team (MENA Market)

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term

Unit: Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM)


We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join our Corporates Team within the Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) unit. This is a 6-month contract role focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation across the MENA region.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through outbound calls and emails, qualifying leads, and supporting the early to mid-stages of the sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with our regional sales teams to drive pipeline growth and business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce our solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Research: Use sales tools to identify high-propensity accounts and generate relevant leads.
  • Qualification & Evaluation: Apply BANT criteria to assess prospect suitability and understand their business needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of our offerings and communicate their value effectively.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
  • Lead Nurturing & Account Support: Maintain engagement with leads and support relationship-building to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and effective client engagement.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and activities in Salesforce.
  • Target Ownership: Monitor and meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets consistently.


About You:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in SDR or B2B inside sales roles, with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Performance: Proven success in exceeding quotas and working cross-functionally to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Mentality: Strong “hunter” mindset with experience using sales enablement tools.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, sales automation platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Personal Traits: Tenacious, curious, and motivated by team and customer success.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience selling into corporates in the Middle East is a plus.
