Grand Crest Interior Decoration (GCID) is growing fast, and we’re looking for a smart, resourceful Lead Generator to own our top-of-the-funnel pipeline.

Your Mission

Primary: Generate and qualify high-value B2B leads in the UAE fit-out, interiors, and construction ecosystem.
Secondary: Manage our digital presence — Comfort with AI tools is a must; we value speed + smarts.

You’ll Do

• Build targeted prospect lists (facility managers, project managers, procurement heads, decision-makers).
• Run outreach campaigns and book meetings for BD & management.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Set up conversion tracking, landing pages, and funnels; report on CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Keep GCID’s digital presence active with project updates and authority wins.
• Coordinate basic website edits and content refreshes.

You Bring

• Proven lead-gen results (be ready to show metrics or case studies).
• Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs (or equivalent).
• Hands-on with GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho CRM, plus tools like Apollo, Lusha, Zapier/Make, and ChatGPT.
• Clear communication, structured follow-through, and genuine hustle.
• UAE-based preferred (Dubai).
