Sales Development Representative SDR

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and 2+ years of experienced Part-Time Remote Sales Representative to join our sales team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain further practical experience in sales, client engagement, and business development. While the role is primarily remote, you will occasionally visit client premises, providing valuable exposure to real-world sales interactions and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up communications remotely.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with potential and existing clients virtually to understand their needs, present solutions, and maintain relationships.
  • On-site & Client Visits: Attend client meetings, conduct product presentations, and support promotional events at client locations when required.
  • Market Research: Conduct remote research on competitors, industry trends, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate digital sales records, including meeting notes, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams via online platforms to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Learning & Development: Actively participate in virtual training sessions, seek feedback, and continuously refine sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in virtual and client-facing situations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client premises occasionally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and CRM tools is a strong advantage.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Location & Duration
