About the Role:

We’re seeking a top-notch Sales Development Representative who is as excited about the sales process as they are about personal success. In this role, you will:

  • Generate Leads: Engage in proactive outreach by cold calling, sending strategic emails, or connecting on LinkedIn.
  • Achieve Results: Leverage our structured and proven sales methodology to consistently exceed your KPIs and drive record-breaking commissions.
  • Innovate & Iterate: Constantly refine your strategies and techniques to connect with prospects and overcome obstacles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of SDR experience in a B2B environment. Experience in selling HubSpot Retainer Services is a strong plus.
  • A demonstrated ability to make high-volume outreach (e.g., 100+ cold calls per day) and consistently hit KPIs.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, and a background in tech, SaaS, or related industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
