Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Logistics
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Job Type: Full-time
Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping (China ↔ International)

Qualification (Required)
● Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor’s (preferred)
● Preferred Fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related
● Experience: ○ 0–1 year (fresh candidates can apply if communication is strong) ○ 1–2 years preferred in SDR, telesales, customer support, B2B sales, freight/logistics, or e-commerce sales
● Language: Good speaking/writing in English
● Tools: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel; CRM experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach

● Identify potential customers (importers, e-commerce sellers, traders, SMEs)
● Build targeted lead lists using Facebook/LinkedIn/Google/maps/directories
● Run daily outreach via: ○ Cold calling ○ WhatsApp follow-ups ○ Email sequences ○ LinkedIn messages

Qualification & Appointment Setting
● Qualify leads using a simple checklist (need, volume, route, timeline, budget)
● Book meetings/calls for the sales manager
● Collect basic shipment details (origin, destination, product type, weight/volume) CRM & Reporting
● Maintain a lead tracker/CRM (Google Sheets/HubSpot/any system you use)
● Update lead status daily (New → Contacted → Interested → Meeting Booked → Closed/Lost)
● Submit a weekly report (leads contacted, responses, meetings booked, learnings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
