We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Cairo, Egypt. The SDR will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities across regional markets, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess their fit for Infasme’s solutions

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across the region

Research target accounts, industries, and market trends

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies

Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role (preferably in IT services or SaaS)

Proven track record of lead generation and prospecting success

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage decision-makers and handle objections effectively

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Fluent in English (French is a plus)
