Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Officer with strong expertise in outbound sales and LinkedIn prospecting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into qualified leads through strategic outreach. This is a target-driven role requiring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and proven experience in B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other outbound channels
  • Execute high-volume, personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and build strong engagement
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and readiness
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales or leadership team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and leads in CRM systems
  • Continuously optimize messaging strategies to improve response and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in an SDR, outbound sales, or business development role
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and client outreach
  • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and appointment setting
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Background in IT services, healthcare, SaaS, or outsourcing industries (preferred)
