We’re Hiring – Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Design Services)

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Design Services team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, prospect qualification, and creating opportunities for the design sales team, supporting international client acquisition.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for international design projects, including branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or client engagement (international exposure preferred).
• Basic understanding of design services, branding, and creative solutions.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks during night shifts.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (based on skills and experience)
