Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Services

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to international clients (primarily US/UK)
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
  • Present company services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing etc) effectively
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing)
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with international clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
