About the Role:
100 Localz Pvt Ltd is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified leads for our US-based clients. This is a high-energy outbound role where you will connect with decision-makers, introduce our services, and create sales opportunities. We’re looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with businesses and are driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to US-based businesses
  • Present company services clearly and professionally
  • Identify, qualify, and document potential leads accurately
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets
  • Work with the team to improve calling scripts and strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales (preferred)
  • Strong English communication with a confident, persuasive tone
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
  • Comfortable working 7 PM – 4 AM
  • Minimum education: Intermediate or higher
