Sales Development Representative – Taxi Dispatching BPO

We are a fast-growing Taxi Dispatching BPO providing professional dispatching and customer support solutions to transportation businesses worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the taxi, transportation, and dispatching industry
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound sales campaigns
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Book meetings with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Present company services professionally and confidently
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and onboard new clients
  • Build strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international call centres
  • Proven experience in sales development, business development, or B2B client acquisition
  • Strong background in cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Experience in taxi dispatching, BPO, or transportation industry is an advantage
