We are a fast-growing Taxi Dispatching BPO providing professional dispatching and customer support solutions to transportation businesses worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the taxi, transportation, and dispatching industry
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound sales campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Book meetings with business owners and key decision-makers
- Present company services professionally and confidently
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and onboard new clients
- Build strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international call centres
- Proven experience in sales development, business development, or B2B client acquisition
- Strong background in cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Experience in taxi dispatching, BPO, or transportation industry is an advantage
