About The Role

Keka HR is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market . This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, including 2025 pass-outs, to begin their careers in sales through our upcoming Virtual Hiring Drive .

As an SDR , you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, initiating outbound communication, and supporting the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Engage prospective customers to understand their requirements and present Keka’s offerings effectively
  • Follow up on marketing-generated and outbound leads to schedule product demonstrations
  • Maintain high activity levels while meeting defined quality and productivity metrics
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and pipeline efficiency
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Work Details

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift - US Market)
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Range: ₹4.5 – ₹6 LPA (CTC)

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers are welcome)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and keen interest in pursuing a sales career
  • Prior sales internship experience will be considered an advantage
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech, MBA, or MCA
  • Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
