Role Overview

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential US clients — primarily CTOs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Startup Founders — into paying accounts. This position involves a high level of outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calling to drive lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound communication (emails, calls, and WhatsApp) to generate qualified leads in the US market.

Pitch staffing & GCC solutions confidently and persuade decision-makers to sign SLAs based on success-fee hiring and retainer as applicable.

Build and maintain an ICP and a strong pipeline of prospective clients using sales intelligence platforms such as Apollo.io, unified mailboxes, Campaign Managers, VoIP & CRM tools and structured follow-up.

Collaborate with the leadership team to refine outreach scripts, follow-up cadence, and client conversion strategy.

Maintain accurate records of communication and progress in the CRM system.

Handle performance pressure and conversion targets with professionalism and resilience.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — fluent, confident, and persuasive.

Strong sales instincts and an ability to quickly build rapport with senior professionals.

Comfortable managing 100+ daily outreach activities (calls, messages, and emails).

Highly goal-driven, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Prior experience or coursework in Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment is a must.

Must be Ready to work in the Pacific Time Zone (US hours).

Must have experience of B2B sales of HR/Staffing/BPO/KPO/GCC/Outsourcing/SaaS/PaaS or related services to SMBs or enterprises in the US market

Compensation Structure

Our compensation model is designed for candidates who are confident in their ability to generate pipeline and close deals. To reward performance with strong earning potential and a clear pathway to a fixed base salary.

Phase 1: Ramp-Up (Commission-Driven)

20% of contract value

No cap on earnings.

This phase gives you a high upside from day one and helps us identify strong performers quickly.

Phase 2: Base Salary + Commission

Unlock a base salary of 4 LPA - 8 LPA after generating a minimum of amount of business

Continued 15-20% upsell commissions

Future increments possible based on consistent performance
