Adree is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients through various channels

Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our products and services

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Achieve and exceed targeted metrics for lead generation, qualification, and appointments

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field

A minimum of a 1-year experience within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products) would be a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
