Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Specialist to fuel our growth by generating and qualifying leads through proactive outbound efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting—especially targeting e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients, introducing Alpha Digital’s services and value proposition.
• Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
• Craft and send personalized email sequences to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach and qualified appointments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident phone presence.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to evolving outreach strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
