Sales Development Specialist (Hybrid)

🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Development Specialist (Hybrid) – FoldMarks

At FoldMarks – Interior Design & Finishing , we don’t “sell projects.” We build relationships and guide clients toward spaces they’ll love living in.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Sales Development Specialist who can represent our brand with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

📍 Location: Sherouk City, Cairo

 🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 🏢 Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

 📅 Days Off: Friday & Saturday

- What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Conduct discovery calls/meetings to understand client needs and lifestyle
  • Present FoldMarks’ services (2D Design, 3D Visualization, Turnkey Execution)
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with integrity
  • Coordinate with design & technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline

-What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Professional communication & presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and ownership of results
  • Experience in I nterior design / Finishing /Real Estate is a big plus
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • Fluency in English and understanding of local market dynamics in Egypt
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
