Sales Dialing Agents – DME Campaign

Job Overview:
We are seeking professional and motivated Dialling Agents for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively while contributing to overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and handle inbound calls in a professional manner
• Introduce and explain DME products and services to potential customers
• Generate leads and support the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 months of experience in DME is required
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work night shifts
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach
