Sales Director

Karachi, Pakistan

Position:Sales Director (Remote)

Location: Karachi - Remote
Industry: Construction, Steel, Aluminum Fabrication, and Chemical-related Industrial Sectors
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Salary Range: 200k to 250k

Experience:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: of proven success in a similar industry, with a strong record in project-based and B2B construction sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Steel Structures, or Architecture (highly preferred and considered a key advantage).

  • Strong leadership capabilities with expertise in strategic sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP-based sales systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure continuous growth and ERP competency.
  • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Deliver training on ERP and sales tools for effective system utilization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry decision-makers and partners.
  • Conduct regular client and project site visits to strengthen partnerships and drive business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports on sales performance and activities to management.
  • Promote continuous improvement in sales processes and overall team efficiency.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
