Fenix Fire Systems, a member of 2M PLAST Group, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director with a strong background in the Fire Fighting industry to lead our commercial operations and drive strategic growth.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience in fire protection systems, project sales, and market expansion within the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company’s sales strategy in the fire fighting sector

• Build, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets

• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers

• Identify and secure new projects and business opportunities

• Manage key accounts and major clients

• Monitor market trends and competitors to expand market share

• Coordinate internally with technical, production, and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection industry

• Proven experience in project sales and business development

• Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project owners

• Experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in companies such as:

NAFFCO – Johnson Controls – SFFECO – Concord – Fire Fighting contractors or suppliers
