Job Brief



We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our real estate sales team in Hyderabad, India. This is a senior leadership role where you will guide a large team, grow business in both residential and commercial sales, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Create and carry out sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Drive business growth through new project launches, direct sales, and channel partnerships.
  • Watch market trends and competition to improve sales approach.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire sales managers and executives for top performance.
  • Use KPIs, training, and reviews to boost team results.
  • Build strong ties with NRIs, HNIs, institutional investors, and corporate clients.
  • Work with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align goals.
  • Ensure smooth sales processes, pipeline tracking, and timely deal closures.
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and contract talks.
  • Share regular performance reports with leadership.
  • Represent the company at expos, investor meets, and client events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field (MBA preferred).
  • 1216 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (residential & commercial).
  • Experience in leading and motivating large sales teams.
  • Great skills in negotiation, networking, and building relationships.
  • Comfortable managing high-value deals under pressure.
  • Tech-friendly and skilled in CRM systems, digital tools, and analytics.
