We are looking for a
Sales Division Manager
to be assigned to Assan Hanil Automotive, one of the Kibar Holding group companies, at it’s Kocaeli Plant within the Directorate of Commercial Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Automotive, Defense, or Aviation industries,
-
Proven experience in business development, project management, bidding, sales processes, and team management,
-
Advanced level of English proficiency,
-
Actively drives and has no travel restrictions,
-
Residing or willing to reside in Kocaeli or Sakarya.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Define, set and implement sales strategies and targets in line with the company’s vision and mission,
-
Manage, direct, and support the development of the sales team,
-
Conduct regular visits to current and potential customers, manage factory presentations and customer events,
-
Monitor customer business practices and project management systems; attend customer meetings for new business areas and part groups, providing technical support to the sales team,
-
Carry out preliminary feasibility studies and prepare budget forecasts for quotation processes (including travel, trial productions, logistics, testing, design, equipment, prototype, and pilot production costs, etc.),

Manage sales, costing, and pricing activities in line with profitability, growth, and business development objectives,
-
Ensure coordination with other departments to initiate project and sales processes, evaluate results, and prepare reports,
-
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT studies to develop and report strategies,
-
Manage contract processes with potential and existing customers, perform risk analyses, and share results with senior management,
-
Strengthen customer relations and create new business opportunities through industry associations, fairs, and market visits.
