Sales Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with solid experience in the warehousing and logistics industry to join our expanding team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while promoting our innovative digital logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and close new customer leads requiring warehousing and logistics services.

Present and demonstrate our digital platform’s features and service value to prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored warehousing and logistics solutions.

Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams and warehouse partners.

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities for reporting and pipeline visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the logistics, warehousing, or 3PL sectors.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, warehousing processes, and logistics workflows.

Technically proficient with the ability to explain digital platforms to non-technical clients.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to confidently present solutions and close deals.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Languages:

Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)

Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred multilingual)
