Education/Qualification:
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical (Techincal Knowledge is must)
- Understanding of mechanical systems and product design
- Excellent communication, Inter-personal and problem-solving skills
- Previous sales experience, especially in a technical industry, is highly valued
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in MS Office .
- Language proficiency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
Requirements:
- Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers to analyze their needs and provide customized solutions
- Sales Pitch and Product Presentations: Creating and executing convincing sales pitches and product presentations
- Sales Support: Providing technical help and knowledge during the sales process and ongoing assistance to clients
- Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of technical products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Generating high-quality sales leads: Following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders.
- Logistics Management.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at client sites if required.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Coordinating with customer to prepone/postponed delivery and aligning the planning delivery date as per perfect execution guidelines.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
