Sales Engineer

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in driving revenue by combining technical knowledge with sales skills. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct site visits, technical consultations, and needs assessments with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Provide product recommendations based on application requirements, system design, and energy efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and project management) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and market trends in HVAC-R and refrigeration industries.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company offerings and build industry relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline activity in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVACR Technology, B. Tech or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in refrigeration or HVAC industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
