Sales Engineer

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of products, including valves, pumps, pressure-independent control valves (PICVs), and heat exchangers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your technical knowledge and sales skills to drive growth across our various product lines and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement:

o Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager for all product

categories under the company umbrella.

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to various market

segments.

  • Customer Acquisition:

o Generate new leads, conduct product presentations, and prepare quotes for

potential customers.

o Identify and pursue opportunities with both existing clients and new

prospects to expand the customer base.

  • Product Promotion:

o Actively promote and sell a comprehensive product range, including valves,

pumps, PICVs, and heat exchangers.

o Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, ensuring a clear

understanding of how our solutions meet their needs.

  • Technical Support and Consultation:

o Provide technical guidance and consultative support to customers regarding

product specifications, applications, and installation requirements.

o Assist clients in evaluating their needs and selecting appropriate products

from the company portfolio.

  • Market Analysis:

o Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform

sales strategies and product improvements.

o Identify potential markets for expansion and new business opportunities.

Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

and foster long-term partnerships.

o Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

  • Reporting and Administration:

o Regularly report on sales activities, market conditions, and performance

metrics to the Sales Manager.

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and

pipeline status in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration:

o Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and

technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and align strategies.

  • Additional Duties:

o Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager that align with the

role of Sales Engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in valves, for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
  • valves: 3 years (Preferred)
